Secondhand grading
Three words, and what each one means.
Every used copy gets one of these, written by whoever unpacked it. If a book arrives worse than its grade, we refund it without asking for the book back.
Like new
Read once, or not at all. No creases in the spine, no marks on the pages, corners still square.
Usually 10–20% off list
Very good
Clearly read and looked after. Light wear along the spine, clean pages, dust jacket present if it came with one.
Usually 40–50% off list
Reading copy
Creased, sun-faded, maybe a name or a note inside the cover. Nothing missing, nothing unreadable.
Usually 60–70% off list
Getting it to you
Wrapped Tuesday, read by Thursday.

One rate for one book or six, anywhere in Malaysia. Free once your basket passes RM100.
Next working day
Orders in by 3pm go out the following morning. Peninsular delivery is 2–3 days, Sabah and Sarawak 4–6.
Packed to survive
Board-backed envelope, corner protection on hardbacks, and a paper bookmark with the title set in the same type as the cover.

Before you order.
Can you order a book you don't stock?
Usually. Message us the title and we'll tell you the price and how long it takes — two weeks for most UK and US titles, faster for anything printed regionally.
Do you buy secondhand books?
Yes, in person on Saturdays. Bring what you have, we'll look through it and offer store credit at roughly a third of what we'd sell it for. We turn down more than we take.
Can I return a book I didn't enjoy?
Not for taste, only for condition or a mistake on our side. But tell us what didn't work and we'll try to point you somewhere better next time.
Do you have a physical shop?
A room in Cheras, open Saturdays 11am–6pm. Everything on this page is on those shelves, plus a few hundred titles we haven't photographed yet.
